Subject Overview:

Students who complete this subject should be able to demonstrate in-depth knowledge of a particular topic in Hispanic cultural studies, linguistics or literature, and demonstrate the ability to analyse and to report on their reading in a manner appropriate to the methodology adopted. Available topics will be posted during Semester 2 of the previous year.

Objectives:
  • demonstrate in-depth knowledge of a particular topic in Hispanic cultural studies, linguistics or literature.
  • demonstrate the ability to analyse, and to report on their reading in a manner appropriate to the methodology adopted.
Assessment: An essay of 5000 words 100% (commencing at the beginning of semester and due at the end of semester).
