Seminars are offered at second year level. Second year students attend a one-hour seminar per week selected from an available pool of approximately 18 seminar topics. Most seminars in semester one are repeated in second semester. |

Objectives: | • To offer each student the opportunity to enhance his or her critical, analytical, research, literacy and presentation skills. • To offer each student the opportunity for cross-disciplinary collaborative encounters and practice. |
Assessment: | Contribution and participation in seminar activities (25%). Written work 1500 words (75%). Hurdle requirement - 80% attendance. |
