To Be AdvisedSubject Overview: | This subject introduces advanced learners of Japanese to two interrelated, but different, areas of language study: translation and interpreting. It provides the students with opportunities to understand and gain knowledge necessary for interpreting and translating. It involves the practice of interpreting and text translation in various settings and contexts. Students are also encouraged to explore the differences and similarities in various aspects of Japanese and English. |
