Subject Overview: |
This subject continues development of the ability to speak, read, write and understand Indonesian begun in Indonesian Level 1A. Students should achieve a basic communicative competence in Indonesian. develop a sound basis in grammar and vocabulary for further Indonesian language study. and further their understanding of Indonesian culture. |

Assessment: | Written work and class tests totalling 1500 words 60% (throughout the semester), a 2-hour written examination 30% and a short oral examination 10% (due during the examination period). Students are required to attend a minimum of 80% of all classes in order to be eligible to take the examination. |
