Subject Overview: The starting point for this seminar is a review of theories in leadership. Several sources are provided for candidates who have not completed a masters or other post-graduate study in the field. More detailed attention is then given to current and emerging issues in leadership in educational organisations, including the contribution of leaders to outcomes. The seminar also raises critical issues about the field of Leadership studies.
