Subject Overview: |
This subject will introduce students to past and current policies relating to the arts and cultural policy in Australia and Victoria, and analyse arts policy development. The subject will also examine the development of arts policy organisations of federal, state and local governments and compare these to similar organisations overseas. |

Assessment: | An essay of 1000 words 20% (due early semester), a group project and seminar presentation of 2000 words 40% (due late semester) and an essay of 2000 words 40% (due one week after end of semester). |
