Subject Overview:

This subject was formerly called Studio 3: History.

This studio offers advanced investigations of landscape architectural design. Studio options will vary from year to year and may include design investigations that focus on theory; materiality and detailing; digital media; heritage and conservation.

Objectives: Objectives will change from year to year depending on studio offering. Refer to generic skills.
Assessment:

Progressive project work equivalent to 10,000 words in total.

  • Assignment 1 equivalent to 3000 words due in week 4 (30%);
  • Assignment 2 equivalent to 2000 words due week 8 (20%);
  • A final assignment equivalent to 5000 words due at the end of the semester (50%).
