The Master of Public and International Law offers a wide range of subjects across this diverse and evolving field of law. The degree has wide-ranging appeal to legal practitioners in the international sphere as well as to those working in economics and trade, government and the public sector or international development and not-for-profit organisations. The scope of the subjects available ensures that students can specialise in a particular area of public and/or international law, or choose a range of subjects from across the specialisation to gain a broader perspective. |

Course Structure & Available Subjects: |
Students who do not have a law degree from a common law jurisdiction must complete Fundamentals of the Common Law, as well as seven subjects from the prescribed list. Students with a law degree from a common law jurisdiction must complete at least seven subjects from the lists below and may choose an eighth subject from those available in the Melbourne Law Masters (excluding Fundamentals of the Common Law). |
