High achieving students who complete the thesis option may qualify for entry to a masters by research or PhD. |

Coursework and Minor Thesis
Course total: 100 points. Subjects are 12.5 points each, unless indicated otherwise. Depending on the subjects completed, students who discontinue the course after completing 50 points may be eligible for a postgraduate certificate. Minimum entry requirements
Referee reports and employers' references to assess the applicant's eligibility may be required. Examples of relevant professional training or experience include (but are not limited to): teaching English or a language other than English, journalism, editing, writing, interpreting or translation, speech synthesis, designing natural language interfaces for computers, or speech pathology.
