Subject Overview: | This subject involves the application of composition, planning and management, facilitation and directing skills to the production of a text-based performance work. Other disciplinary skills will complement the area of specialisation. The student has some technical support and presents the production for a short public season addressing location, promotion and audience engagement issues in the process. The play will be chosen in consultation with the course coordinator. The project is to be fully documented through all its phases, including a detailed written post-production analysis of the working process |
