Subject Overview: | This subject consists of three related areas the acquisition of skills related to the teaching of Dance Making, Improvisation and Contemporary Dance Duo work. Curriculum content and structure plus the teaching methodologies and principles specific to each area will be the basis for this subject. |

Assessment: | Dance making participation in class and completion of practical class tasks 15% teaching and submission of a lesson plan (25%); Improvisation - participation in class and completion of practical class tasks (10%); teaching and submission of a lesson plan (20%); Duo Work - participation in class and completion of practical class tasks (10%); teaching and submission of a lesson plan (20%). |
