Subject Overview: | A school-based supervised thesis of 20,000-22,000 words on an approved topic, embodying original research. Students completing the shorter thesis should demonstrate a specialist understanding of the subject being studied and show an awareness of the latest research directions and methods in the particular subject. Students should also show a capacity for an advanced level of analysis in relation to the issues being studied. |
