Subject Overview: | This subject will further develop the range of students' listening and speaking skills; expand their experience of Chinese prose styles; and improve their ability to communicate in written Chinese. |

Assessment: | Short tests and/or assignments 25% (commencing 2nd week and before the end of semester), an oral test 20% (during the examination period), a listening and comprehension test 20% (during the examination period), a final examination 25% (during the examination period) and continuous class participation 10%. |
