Dr Peter Raisbeck| Subject Overview: | A theoretical and analytical investigation of the best methods available to architects to fulfill their legal, ethical and professional obligations to clients and other parties affected by both the practice and business of architecture. Fields of study include a further overview of the construction industry; office practice including accounting and financial reporting; employment; the procurement of buildings, tendering, building contract administration and control of cost, time and quality; quality assurance; programs and regulatory constraints. |
