Key Centre for Women's Health in SocietySubject Overview: | The thesis for the Degree of Master of Women's Health or Master of Medicine in Women's Health will ordinarily represent the equivalent of not less than one year's full-time research. It is to be submitted no later than 12 months following completion of the research unless special permission is granted by the Faculty's Standing Committee on Higher Degrees. The thesis will meet the requirement for such theses as detailed in the regulations prescribed by the Faculty of Medicine, Dentistry and Health Sciences. A proposal for part-time or full-time candidature, setting out a topic, arrangements for supervision and a statement relating to facilities and resources should be submitted through the Head of the Dept to the Faculty's Standing Committee on Higher Degrees. Subject to approval of the candidature, topic, enrolment and satisfactory execution of the program of research, as certified by the Head of Dept, the candidate will be admitted to examination of the degree on presentation of a thesis. |
