Colin DuffieldSubject Overview: | The unit aims to develop your skills as a project manager who is able to take an active leadership role in achieving these outcomes. Emphasis is on principles of management, project relationships, communication and risk management. Topical case studies are used to introduce key principles and opportunities are provided for you to apply these to your own work place. |
