Mr R LeeSubject Overview: | The framework within which regulatory aspects of corporate reporting are conducted, the preparation of general purpose financial reports in accordance with Accounting Standards, Urgent Issues Group pronouncements and the Corporations Law. |

Assessment: | A 3-hour end-of-semester examination (60%), a mid-semester test (20%) assignments totalling not more than 1000 words or equivalent (10%) and seminar assessment (10%). Satisfactory completion of this subject requires a pass (50%) in the end-of-semester examination. |
