This subject presents the science of growth and development of trees and stands and how this affects the production of different forest goods and environmental services., It covers the principles and practices of forest establishment, regeneration and management for different forest management objectives such as water, wildlife habitat or timber production. On completion of this subject, students should have an advanced understanding of:
