This subject has the following teaching availabilities in 2015:June, Creswick - Taught on campus.
First week at the Creswick Campus, second week in the field.

This subject presents the science of the growth and development of trees and stands as it affects the production of different forest goods and environmental services. The subject covers the principles of forest dynamics and the practice of forest types for varying objectives, wildlife habitat, water yield and timber production.
On completion of this subject, students should have an advanced understanding of:
One major report (2500 words) 50% and a practical work book (2500 words) 50% - due 07/08/2015.
