Subject Overview:

This subject continues to emphasise performance in the skills of speaking, listening, reading, and writing but on a more advanced level than Catalan Beginners 2A/3A. The rich cultural and literary tradition, valued in Catalan society, is discussed and studied.

Short written compositions 30%, a 10-minute oral presentation 10%, weekly quizzes 10%, an oral test 5%, two aural tests 15% and two written tests 30%.
